SCA Credit Services provides a full range of services to hundreds of clients. Maintaining good relationships with our clients has given us a great deal of insight into the healthcare industry, educational loans, utilities, banks, property rentals and a variety of commercial and retail businesses. We are always prepared to discuss any special services you may need in addition to the following: Pre-Collect Program projects a customer service approach through calls or letters prior to accounts coming to the agency for regular collection efforts. Bad Debt Collection Service offers an active and aggressive attempt to collect accounts through letters, telephone calls and personal interviews. Skip Tracing Service provides research from a wide variety of sources to locate address and telephone numbers for people that are no longer in contact with you regarding their debt. Consulting Services assists clients in analyzing their collection process. Education Services are an enhancement to our clients' employee training or as a part of their own continuing education. Flexible Rates are offered on an individual client basis. Our variable or fixed rates are contingency based and can include discounts for volume. Custom Reporting gives SCA the flexibility to meet any clients' needs. Our standard is monthly reporting of account activity. Internet Access to your accounts is available. You can view the activity of a particular account, report payments or place new accounts. Monthly reports can also be accessed from our secure website.
